'We booked 2 rooms. One room had too much dust and bedsheet was dirty so the staff had to be called to get that cleaned. Other room has toooooo much rose freshner on the bed. It took hours to get that smell out by opening the window. Hotel should have given some discount for the time wasted due to this. We asked, but they did not. Food and service at the cafetaria was excellent. '

'Well maintained property, property owner has a great taste and room size was also decent.'

'very courteous staff, room service without extra charges. Very spacious rooms. We stayed at ground floor which had an awesome patio up front and there is lawn just outside with tables and chairs to enjoy outdoors. A group of adult males brought liquor bottle and stated drinking right outside our patio all the while taking in foul language. This kind of behavior should be controlled by the management.'

'I really want to appreciate the staff present at the hotel. So diligent and polite they were. They even served the breakfast in bed as per our request. We wanted a scissors in an urgent situation. The hotel arranged it anyhow in less than half an hour. They really go out of the box to help you. The food was amazing. They ensured we had a safe and peaceful stay. Thanks to the hotel staff and management. Would really recommend it to all the people looking forward to have a vacation there. Cheers.'

'Approach road approx. 2 Km to the resort pathetic. Property not maintained well. Too expensive both room charges and food VS quality of food and maintainenc. There are many better places at this cost. Overall disappointing stay. '

'Room is good. Location is also nice. Problem is the staff is way tooo too slow in everything, like if you order food it will take them 2-3 hours to just prepare a simple dish. Even if you order water, you need to remind them 2-3 times to just get the water bottle. They served the breakfast at 10:30 am in morning. Wifi is terrible there, it did not worked at all. Also, there is lot of noise there. There is a group who keep singing sad song over speaker, it started at late evening and continued...

'The place itself was nice, the only issue we had was that our mattress was really bad and we asked for it to be replaced, it was replaced but somehow it didn’t make a difference. Other than that the hotel itself was not that bad.'

'Food was nice. Staff wasn't very hospitable.'

'The hotel location is misleading as the gps coordinates are about 14 km away from the actual hotel address. The hotel needs to fix the technical issues as they did not have my reservation details during check-in and I had to call hotels.com to share the details with the property.'

'Not very clean also staff were not very professional and pictures were deceiving as it was no where close to actual.'

'This place is really run down and super dirty. I had to change rooms because my first was so unlivable. The second was better, but still really really dirty. You can tell at one point this was a nice property, but it has not been taken care of in years. Avoid. '

'We booked this hotel as a Canadian in India for my wedding. Arrived at the resort and it was stunning. Checked in no issues. Then we got called to the front desk at 12 am the manager was on the phone stating they need a form C. I said ok I’ll fill it out. They didn’t have it. When I looked online the rules state that you have to submit it within 24 hours of check in. No issues can fill it in online but he wouldn’t accept that. Kept shouting at me that we had to leave at 12 am with a 13 year...
