'Hot water for shower take so long or nothing, only 1 towel even i ask for an extra they did not give but thanks to the housekeeper girl in Veranda, she is nice and give me one. I also ask for a breakfast to go a day before that if we can have a breakfast to go on next day at 7am because we have a tour and we need to be at 7:45am at the meeting point but we got no breakfastat all ww need to leave asap because of the meeting point time and still they did not pack any even a bottled water. 'Friendliest hotel I've ever stayed in. Felt like royalty, every time we returned we got the warmest welcome. They sorted all of excursions without any fuss. Two small things the WiFi is pretty patchy and our shower overflowed on the last couple of days. It's a great location to walk into centre of El Nido or get a tricycle to beach or port.'
