'My family and friends came up for the American Birkebeiner ski race. We were unable to get into our usual place so thought we would try this place. It’s a very clean hotel with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We liked it so much we decided to stay again next year. '

(swim, fish, kayak, paddle board, canoe, game room, and hot tub) Trails were really close by and made for great time riding the rigs everyday. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! '

'This was our second year at the chip lodge. we liked it so much the first year that we had to come back. the first year we showed up there was maybe 15 people and the house easily accommodated us. its a rustic vibe. things are old and perhaps that is the charm and what we like about it. the highlight for us is definitely the slow cruises on the pontoon boat as we explored the lake. 'Really great week for a family reunion. Great accommodations for 14 for 1/2 the week. The pontoon was a big bonus to hang out on and the renters were very quick to respond to some minor issues. Hope to go back soon!'

'We stayed at the lake house with our extended family for an end of the summer hoorah. It was the perfect week! House was beautiful, spacious, and fit our needs perfectly. The yard and lake view were wonderful. Having access to kayaks, rowboat, pontoon, water toys, etc, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Would recommend 10/10! '
