We had a large group so we reserved several rooms. While most of the rooms were good, one of the rooms reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke to the point that we had to ask to change rooms. While I understand that guests will not always follow the rules, it seems like an oversight on the part of the cleaning team to neglect to flag that room for deeper cleaning to remove the smells before giving it to new guests.

Dear AustinThank you for taking time to complete a survey.The water issue was not with the hotel however, like you said there was 3 bust pipes down the road and the city had informed us that the water had to be turned off so that they could fix the issue. We had to abide with their request so that this could be fixed. They had no ETA but we were constantly monitoring the situation.I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused to you.

Someone was sleeping in my assigned room when I tried to enter it. The front desk called the room and the person identified was incorrectly checked in the same room. The microwave had food stuck inside and had not been cleaned. Coffee supply in the room was for only decaf.

Seemed clean, but has roaches.
Hotels.com did not make it apparent that this hotel has a $100 deposit that they hold on your credit card upon check in. This morning, we woke up to find a few cockroaches crawling in every part of the room. The room appeared clean and smelled clean but seeing roaches and 1 was laying an egg, that was disgusting. I will avoid this chain of hotels from now on. I took pics but cant upload them here for some reason.

Get what you paid for
Hotel was cheap got what I paid for. Could’ve definitely been worse! The hotel could be cleaned way better stains on sheets and comforter, I opened the refrigerator and a roach was trying to figure its way out never in my life and I have stayed at lots of hotels as well as work for hotels!!! The room stinks curtains stained dirty wash cloth left on shower rack furniture out of date!
