Alas never look under furniture. The place had some interesting things in unnoticed places: 4 tubes of chapstick, a big rawhide for a dog and also the fridge was frozen and did not work. I accidentally left my charger but I doubt anyone has even bothered to look and call me back about it. The most concerning thing is that in the morning we heard knocking and someone tried to open our door twice. If my cousin hadn't put the extra hook lock on then we would've been in for a surprise. I found out later that they must've been outside contractors when I finally opened the door. That was very disconcerting. The hotel needs to tell people which rooms are occupied. I doubt I will be staying there again. I didn't tell my cousin (who was with me) what happened because I knew she would be scared. I had fond memories of this hotel from my childhood but I will never stay here again.

This property is severely rundown. No plants in the planters off the floors. Green moss or plastic plants would look better . Multiple rooms left open as they needed cleaning . Parking is 5$ which is add as it’s not a downtown hotel and they don’t provide valet. The staff was rude not professional . We called 2 times for cups glasses which were not in our room . When we went to get some paper cups on the housekeeper cart we were accused of stealing . The bathtub ran constantly. We did eat at Ruth’s Chris to discover we were not allowed to charge it to our room which we’ve always done in the past. Lastly, the indoor pool wasn’t heated . It’s really sad the condition of this hotel as it USED to be one of the best .

Asked for towels and never got them, and called downstairs twice Didn’t have hot water. Water was luke warm at best after running it for abt 10 minutes. Drain in bathroom sink took abt 30 minutes to drain completely.

Hotel in need of major renovations. Between the two rooms I reserved there were dirty floors, debris under the couch, mold in the shower, soap scum on the tub, and one of the rooms had a strong musty/moldy/smoke smell (530). I arrived at 3 but my rooms were not ready until 5. Check in was at 4, i was offered no compensation.

There were a few things that wasn’t the best faucet in bathroom hot water side didn’t work the indoor pool experience was not great no one monitors it at all and older kids being disrespectful diving in a no diving pool slashing everyone including us adults who were there watching our 4 and 7 yr swim ended up leaving other than that it was a good stay

This hotel needs a major overhaul. Worn out paint and metal finishes, stained carpet everywhere, the list could go one. Nothing like other Embassy Suites we've stayed in. Big disappointment.

Only one roll of t-paper in room. I’m assuming whoever cleaned room just didn’t put second roll in room. Went downstairs to lobby restroom and took a roll. Hole n the wall size f a baseball. Carpet was damp in front of sink. Toilet was leaking. Was disappointed especially since I paid 911 for two nights. Was overall a little shabby. Not shabby chic either.

Overall the room was fine to sleep in for a couple of nights. The tv wouldn’t turn on, the shower wouldn’t drain, the shower curtain was ripped in the curtain and there were two bulbs out. Maintenance replaced one of the bulbs during the stay.
