'Without a doubt I would stay here again. There was some confusion around information given by two different members of staff in respect of the 'complimentary swim' which was disappointing but the restaurant was outstanding and more than made up for that. The food was seriously delicious, the staff in the bar and the waitress service were very helpful and friendly which made for a wonderful evening meal and breakfast experience. Sadly I did not have time to sample the delights of the 'spa', but...

'The staff is wonderful. They went above and beyond with their service. The restaurant and bar are very good with great service. Very comfortable setting. The rooms are nice and clean.The decor is pleasant and rooms are bright. I found this hotel to be quiet. They have magnets on the hall doors that shut at night. It stops the noise. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. '

'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos, the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about, and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'
