WIFI was niet zo slecht als verwacht. Gewoon tv kunnen streamen op uitzendinggemist. Had de betere kamer geboekt en die was groot genoeg en met een lekkere luie stoel. Lokatie midden in centrum. Goed voor winkels/restaurants. De kippen lever in het restaurant was echt lekker! De broodjes bij het ontbijt vers

The walls are thin. The gap under the door is too big and lets the noise in. Did not sleep one night completely because the other guest were celebrating something. The hotel staff asked them to keep quiet one time, and after that hesitated that those guests will write a bad review. Well, I had to get up at midnight and go to those guests and yell at them. Again, did not get any rest that night. Had to go to airport at 3 am for 48 h journey on planes

Great location in Bishkek. Comfortable environment. Good breakfast buffet. Attentive staff. The beds are firm and the black-out curtains work well, which is critical in those first few hours to recover from the long journey from the US to KG. I've tried many hotels in Bishkek, and the Ramada (previously the Golden Tulip) is my preferred choice.

Friendly, helpful staff, facility clean but dated.
We stayed in a junior suite room, which was spacious and had the kitchen. As I had to telework, a proper desk chair would have been nice. It was weird that part of the suite had British plugs and part European. But the desk was happy to lend us an adapter.

Disappointing breakfast with unattentive staff
Overall good hotel. My major complaint is the breakfast situation. The food is tired, overcooked, and not tasty. Very, very basic options. If you don't get there early, then half of it will be gone by 9am, and not replenished. The staff sit behind the bar cowering over their phones and not looking up for anything. Do not expect any service at the breakfast room. This is really a shame because otherwise the stay was good.

Overall good option for Bishkek.
We had already been in this hotel for a week and we needed to extend our trip, so we made a new reservation and asked to attach it to the existing one. The hotel was very accomodating and allowed us to stay in the same room. The Junior Suite is excellent with a lot of space and a good kitchen. But we went away for the weekend while keeping the booking... strangely, despite being away for 2 days, the cleaning staff didn't replace anything in our room. We had the 'please make up room' sign on. The cleaning staff need more attention to detail.

Good option if you're looking for a kitchen
We arrived in Bishkek unexpectedly and were looking for a large room with a small kitchen. From my searching, it seemed Ramada was the only hotel in Bishkek that had rooms with kitchens. We booked the Junior Suite and it was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was basic, but it worked great. The fridge is large. Having a separate bedroom with a door was a plus. Overall good stay.

The staff were attentive and friendly. Everything was nice and clean. The accommodations are comfortable enough, especially for being in central asia. The building is in Center which makes it very convenient for walking, however it is surrounded by other tall buildings and has no views.

4 star, But don’t get the room I had!
Excellent location- cafes and shopping nearby. Great service and certainly a good breakfast. Only true negative- and it may have just been my room was total lack of outlets- not even the desk lamp was plugged in. Only one accessible outlet! And, the shower door only opened about 18 inches. I am not fat but it was a scraping motion to get in and out of the shower. I travel globally and stay in -1 to 5 star hotels and never experienced that. This is why I say, must have only been my room. At least I hope!

Nice hotel. Attentive & helpful staff. Very good breakfast spread. Only problem was that I got an inside room which was reached through a dimly lit corridor. And window opened to walled space. At least for Gold Customers of Hotels Com, they should offer better rooms.

Great hotel within waking distance of almost everything. There is a shopping mall about 10 mins walk away, a cafe serving great - and I mean great- English breakfasts (outside of the UK and Australia, this is number 3 in breakfasts) just down the road. The staff are friendly, the room was pleasingly cooled from the AC. A good hotel choice in Bishkek. I would stay here again.
