'Very pretty and had all we needed for self catering. 'Lovely tranquil location amidst countryside, easy drive to nearby places of interest. Dog friendly. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom and cosy living room and bedroom with all amenities to make this a great home from home stay for a couple of days. Warm welcome, friendly, attentive service from Hilary and staff. 1 minute walk to cafe for excellent breakfast, which we ate outdoors in sunshine. 'The property was large and was a good base to use being about 20 minutes from a beach and about 10 minutes walk from a park with swings etc for the grandchildren. It was about 5 minutes drive from an Aldi and Lidl. '

Very full welcome basket including all sorts of local treats plus staples in the fridge which is very considerate. Good eco considerations too. Location is perfect ; within walking distance of great coffee / food at Dales bike centre or local Inns but so quiet and nicely away from any hustle and bustle.
