'We had a very small dog with us. We’re given a choice of two rooms both on the first floor. Both rooms were very tired and smelled poorly. The two yellowish orange chairs were very dirty and the room we chose unfortunately had an ice machine in front of it, which made a lot of noise throughout the night whether people were using it or not. The toilet in our room would randomly run on its own and the toilet seat would not stay open consistently. The floor was extremely worn with tatted and torn...

'I would stay again as it was budget friendly and front desk staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Last minute reservation due to car issues needing repairs in Hays. Room clean, but toilet seat in bad shape and needs replacing in room 107. Breakfast filling, but no fruit or juice available. '

'The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the staff was very attentive and professional. Just a little wear and tear on the curtains in our room (we couldn't raise them), but this was very minor when compared with the overall experience. We would definitely stay here again! '

'Excellent accommodations. Very communicative host and quick to respond. The loft bedroom is a bit awkward for a tall person due to ceiling height but well finished and well appointed. Perfect spot for quiet time away from the hustle and bustle.'
