'What an amazing place. The perfect beach condo right on the sand. The facility was wonderful and our host Olga was even better. Great communication and very responsive. This condo is part of a resort, with great amenities, but does not include the all inclusive meal package. We opted to purchase the additional meal package but probably wouldn’t do it again. The food was just okay and a bit expensive. I’d probably just get an Uber to the grocery store and do some simple meals. We hope to be back...

'was not provided with a Ground floor Suite. Instead was provided with a Simple Motel quality room on the 2nd floor, that lacked Any furniture = Nowhere to sit. No complimentary Safe. Poor internet access. Soft bed, with Extra-Large pillows = too full / bad for the neck. The Food was fair / Ok. Nothing Special, even in the better restaurants. Had to reserve a table each day = A Real Hassle. 3rd -World quality Shuttle bus to get around the resort. Water drinks and low quality beer / wine.Security...

'The check in process was easy. I loved the apartment complex, the location was perfect. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It’s a 4 minute drive to the monument. Puerto Plata was a 1hr 15 min drive, which was lovely. I enjoyed my stay in Santiago, the city is beautiful.'

'Everything went well, the only problem we had was the fact that the downstairs neighbor kept complaining about our kids making too much noise even though we were gone all day. The host was very accommodating, very kind, very communicative. She listened to both sides of the story, and everything worked out in the end. Overall, I would recommend anyone stays here. We were also in a very central location, and were able to drive to a lot of places.'

"Hotel was terrible, eten was alleen voor Dominicaanse toeristen bedoeld. Iedere avond hadden ze een thema-avond: Italiaanse thema? Dominicaanse smaak, Franse thema? Dominicaanse smaak, Gala avond: Dominicaanse smaak, Dominicaanse thema? Je raad het al Dominicaanse smaak. Ontbijt idem dito: weinig tot geen gezonde opties, bovendien was alles vettig en super zoet. De vrouwen die de schoonmaken zouden ze achter de receptie moeten zetten, zij weten hoe ze gasten moeten behandelen beter dan het personeel bij de receptie. Dus, een keer en nooit meer!"
