The house is fantastic, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious, with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were excellent and fully stocked, which made the stay really comfortable and hassle-free. 'The property was beautifully decorated and Danielle was great with her communications, directions were very helpful. I stayed as a base for the Hay festival and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Both offered lovely meals in an ancient setting with welcoming hosts. Also a good place to visit a place close to my heart. Carding Mill Valley a National Trust owned and well looked after location with stunning views and wonderful walks.'

'Lovely property tucked away in a rhral location.Only issue was the single track access roads with passing places which we are not used to.The host Lucy and her partner were welcoming and had plenty of advice on the local area.The surrounding area was also lovely with plenty to see and do.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend without hesitation.'

Kitchen is very well equipped, we had private chef to cook meal for us and although kitchen was small he managed a 3 course meal for 10 of us!Great little pub 5 mins walk away.Our only problem was no hot water and heating this morning, but someone came to sort for us.Would definitely recommend.'
