'Wat een mooi oud Hollands pand, het meubilair is wat gedateerd echter alles in zeer goede staat en passend bij het pand. We zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen en het was ook mogelijk om eerder te ontbijten dan de standaard tijd. Ook de dames die het ontbijt verzorgden waren super vriendelijk en einde alles voor je doen. De buurt en omgeving was ook netjes en veilig. '

'Prachtige locatie met zicht op de tafelberg en Kaapstad, super mooi en ruim appartement aan de zee en het strand, heel verzorgd, op 15 min van Kaapstad, 3 mooie zwembaden (jammer genoeg was het water in augustus te koud, bewaakte overdekte parking, zeer vriendelijk onthaal, goede wifi.'

'I have stayed at this hotel during my conference. They were very kind even before coming to the hotel and hotel itself was nice and silent to stay there. The host couple was humorous, guided us to nearest spot of hotel kindly, and recommended somewhere to vist in Cape Town. The bus stop (Woodbridge) and Lagoon beach was located in nearby this hotel. 'The pool was green and the receptionist was not positive herself and told us about the complaints received at the time and we can add to the list. We feel overcharged as the document we were given to sign states R847 per night and we paid R1100??? I am awaiting answers / refund from the owner. The lady who prepares breakfast was at the property all alone and ran the place by herself. The breakfast was good.'

'The guesthouse is in a quite area 10' north from the city center close to the beach. Rooms are very big, well equiped and cleaned every day. The pool outside is perfect for the summer days. The service is top, they helped us with all our questions. Highly recommended.'
