'It was a beautiful room the bathroom door knob was broke that was the only problem we had everything else accommodated our big family very well and I was so glad that you have that size room without me trying to buy a separate room for just my children to stay in the pool was great as well'

'7 units on 1 floor of the building. First class operation. Heavy Suite was large, comfortable and clean. Free parking (next door) is easy & secure. Appears to be recent remodel. Angie at front desk was wonderful. Great location with good dining in walking distance. Felt safe walking in the area. Absolutely 100% satisfied with experience. '

'Verry helpfull ar gront desk is laminated paper with places that deliver to the hotel. Quick check in. We had an issue with the people above us jumping around late but the staff was quick to take care of the issue and was so apologetic.'

'This was my second visit in six weeks. We wanted on son to experience the house and Birmingham. As my previous experience, it was lovely and we enjoyed the bird house room more. The bird house truly suits a family and my husband and son enjoyed having a TV in the room. I'm also happy to see some of my previous suggestions were implemented in just a couple of weeks. My best experience is still the other guests as well as the house. I will be back but it will not be so soon 😭😂.'

'Room was very nice and clean. Ideal for close proximity to UAB-Highlands. The only problem I had is the key card lock on my hotel room door. I had the hardest time getting in twice to the point where I thought that the key had demagnetized and had them reprogram the key. That was frustrating since I was on the fifth floor, but overall, I would definitely stay again.'

Breakfast was also basic with scrambled eggs and sausage patties. You could either make a sandwich or just plate the food. Also had a pancake machine. All in all a very good Breakfast to start the day. I would stay there again 😀'
