'We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia.'

'I walked into my room to find there wasn’t any furniture! It was beautifully painted and the bathroom looked like it was newly tiled with all new fixtures. There was a bed but no dresser to put your clothes in. The only place to put cloths was in the one night stand. There were no lamps so you either had to use the room light or leave the bathroom light on. The tv was on a cabinet that had no other use than holding up the tv. That was it! 'This is an unique experience for us. There is no traditional lobby or reception area. All entrances are managed by electronic keypad. The staff coordinated with us through the text messages for daily cleanup and other needs. The hot tub does not have soap, shampoo and no place holder for one we brought. I will stay again but I wish there is a soap holder. Parkign is easy. The place is well maintained but bed, mattress and carpet could use more cleaning or even new ones.'

'My room was not cleaned. I asked at 3:36pm for my room to get cleaned and they stated that it would be clean before 10:30pm. I find that weird. I left my room at 8:30pm and I came back after midnight and it wasn’t cleaned. The next day I left at 8am for a track meet and came back at 3pm. My room was still not cleaned even though they were servicing the room next to me. The pool was down for maintenance. We had issues with the elevators during our stay and the staff is understaffed and...

'This hotel was exceptional from top to bottom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always present and smiling. The hotel breakfast as a feast. There was a surprise happy hour with food and drink Monday through Wednesday. Patio and river view/access added to the stay. Very handy to the University of Rochester and to the Strong Hospital. Lots of parking. Felt safe.'

'This was a basic hotel, clean and well managed. It is close to shopping and restaurants. A little tough to figure out how to get into and out of the parking lot at first but not hard once you figure it out. Tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen! Not big enough for the sink to be in the bathroom with the toilet and the shower. Shower is standard size but with the door and the toilet, very tight if you are not a small person.'

'The establishment was very clean, what I liked the most was the hallways were bright. Breakfast was really good. Had options. My room was:clean, smelled clean, very spacious for 4 people. Didn't feel cramped. The outside area has stores, restaurants. One negative. My room the shade was broken. So bright! light day and night. I let front desk know. They were nice and said to give a complaint to headquarters. NO one to fix it. BUT otherwise I would stay again.'
