'My lone request would have been to have a feather pillow. In the bedroom. Every thing else was perfect : check-in at 3:00pm, dining room at 5:00 pm. I can’t remember her name but the check-in person was gracious & informative. For dinner the young woman couldn’t have been more helpful, ant at 9:00 am Elle & Jjasimin ( I think) were helpful and efficient. Thank you for a lovely stay🤗'

'Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great to get on and off a major highway as well as being close to things like Wal-Mart, Tractor Supply, multiple gas stations, multiple different food options ( Coney Island, Five Guys, Shawarma etc) to help with any extra things you need. Also a lovely park nearby called Innovation Park off Hamlin road. Amazing for kids and families and also offers good bike paths and hiking as well although it's not a large path....
'The front desk staff was welcoming and checked us in quickly. The room was spacious and clean. I’m a light sleeper and the room was very quiet. We travel often for sports and we’ll be staying at Hyatt Place again for sure! Highly recommend!'
'The guy at the desk was rude and arrogant, but the place was great, clean, and inexpensive. The staff was fine. There are a lot of very disgusting Wyndham hotels around there and I moved here from there because they were so disgusting, dirty, ill run.'
'Helpful staff and the location of the hotel is near groceries and restaurants. They do not charge for parking which is good. The only thing that are the middle of the night, it got very noisy with two people talking right outside my room. Other than that, a very nice place that I will go back to again if i need to book. '
