'Every staff member and the manager I met, were personable, helpful, courteous, and professional. They are a cut above many places I have stayed in my life of travels. In this day and age, where no one seems to understand the meaning of Customer Service, they were exceptional. As a sidelight, the food there is exceptional, including breakfast. If I’m in Auburn Hills again, I will stay there. '

'My husband and I stayed here after a work Christmas party at Top Golf. The location was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived late for a 1am check in. Our room was spacious, clean, well stocked, and the continental breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at any hotel. We will definitely stay here again!'

'The rooms and hotel are very clean and nicely decorated. There are beautiful art pieces and paintings throughout the hotel making it a beautiful background for selfies and family pics. The restaurants are very nice with delicious food, especially Joe Muers Restaurant! The hotel staff were very friendly and professional throughout our stay especially Jalen at the front desk, he checked on us everyday via text message to make sure we were happy with our room etc. We will definitely be back.'
