Negatief: Voorzieningen
A basic hotel that was fine but had a number of flaws.
The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything said by our neighbours next door. In the room, all of the hooks had snapped off leaving nowhere to hang towels, there was no aircon and the room was 27degrees on entry and a challenge to cool down. Additionally, the room is only freshened up on request, meaning no replacement mugs, tea bags etc. for days and it would have been very helpful to have water glasses provided.
Lastly, check-in is done digitally and there is no way to contact reception as the โcontactโ option is an ai bot which only tells you the opening hours of the restaurant- useless.
