'This is such a lovely little place very cosy & the owners paul & claire are so lovely & helpful, the room was tastfully done & very clean & the bed was comfy, the full english breakfast was superb & you get plenty, we will definatly stay again.'

'Really nice stay apart from twin bedroom was far to small, really found it hard to breath. and out of breath walking up and down stairs three lifts and only 1 working people said they have been waiting for parts for over a week and the 1 that was working didn’t go to our room we were on the other side. If we were told the lift was broken we would have cancelled. So very disappointed The Steff were all unbelievable couldn’t do enough for you. '

'Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. 'What can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky...

'The property was lovely! Best place we have stayed in Blackpool over the last 20+ years. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! Staff were amazing, chatty, nice and welcoming. Car park was full when we arrived (early) but no issues parking on the street nearby at no cost. Room was huge and bathroom was lovely. The only issue in the morning was that we could hear other rooms toilets being flushed and the cistern refilling. We didnt eat here but drank in the bar and the drinks were reasonable and...

'Perfect location for the heliport or airport.. mars & the two next door are the three closest hotels to both. The guy waited up late for me until almost 11pm when my train was delayed & they usually close at 10pm so it was really good of him. I accidentally damaged something & offered to pay for it but he wouldn't take payment...so understanding & sound of him. 'Our stay the "friends hotel" was a great stay. We couldnt ask for better hosts, dot was so nice, making sure we had everything we needed. Rooms where what to expect for the price. We opted to have our evening meals there. Both breakfast and evening meals where very good, being asked what we wanted the evening before, with plenty to choice to choose. We are already thinking about coming to visit Blackpool again and would definitely choose to stay at this b&b'
