'We enjoyed our stay here. Nice big kitchen area, TVs in every room which the kids enjoyed. Hot tub was in a great spot where you could look out over the lake while we stayed warm in the 40degree weather :) The driveway is quite steep and short so keep that in mind as you approach it for the first time.'

'The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was located right off the interstate which was convenient. I gave the location a 4 out 5 because if you’re looking for a location that has many restaurants/stores you will need to drive about 15-20 minutes. No big deal to do that. We would stay here again.'

'Very nicely renovated single wide trailer. No detail was overlooked in the renovation and decorating. High end cabinets, flooring, great lighting, and even an iPhone charger was appreciated. For the area, it’s a little expensive compared to other rentals in MOD. Private setting, although there was some traffic coming through the shared driveway. It was very clean but I did find a few false eyelashes throughout the home and the fridge didn’t look like it had been wiped out. I would visit more...

The outside areas were wonderful as well- all ages enjoyed the games and activities provided by the hosts:) The property is stunning and a perfect place to unwind and relax. 'I like it. I would book again but in warmer weather for me. I enjoy the scenry, the openness and the quietness. One suggestion, maybe i overlooked it but state that cell phone connectivity is low due to area. If you have a wifi code you should include it in welcome letter as when you get there the service is very low to non existing.'

'A great rental facility with all the extras. Plenty of room and very well maintained. Ample parking for everyone. We had a party of 16 and everyone was impressed with the accommodations. 'This property provides a wonderful riverside stay on the New River right on the river with easy access and easy parking right in front of the cabin efficiency. Close access to to the Whitehorne Boat Ramp for those the need a ramp as well as the scenic McCoys Falls right up Rt 625. Communication and instructions was excellent to plan our arrival and stay for the weekend.We look forward to coming back again this summer.'
