'Expedia didn't disclose that the hotel is going thru lobby and hallway renovations. There were contractors, buckets, paint, throughout the lobby.
The front desk informed me that they can cancel the reservation but need to contact Expedia for refund. Expedia told me the decision is ultimately the hotel's so therefore i need to talk to them.
So basically both sides made me feel like 'suck it, you are too small of a customer and we dont care about your stay" '

The pullout was TRASHED from animals and my son (who only has a slight allergy to cats) started sneezing almost immediately when we got into the room.
