'The check-in time is late, 4:00. Odd because of the checkout time is 10 AM. For such a small room it shouldn't take so long to clean the place. No oven, no cups plates & no dishwasher. Real simple place. Thcomfortable. '

Soothing hot tub and relaxing views by the firepit were one of the best ways to enjoy the quiet TX countryside. Would also be plenty of room for 4 if needed. The extra half bath and study cokes in handy for getting ready on the go. Great use of space for all around comfort. '

It was a great option for privacy and peace, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet only minutes away from the wedding venue, events, and shopping square. We stayed in the cottage with the hot tub, and it was easy to operate and delightful to get a soak in every night. Our host, Lance, was quick to respond when we had an issue and resolved it promptly.'

'Paint on floors, some outlets did not work, oven could not be used as it was missing necessary grate. The water pressure in one of the showers was very weak. The place was clean and new but just didn’t deliver expectations. For the beautiful kitchen it was disappointing not to be able to cook food other than microwave. '
