The front desk attendant asked me if everything was ok, I said yes. But by the second night and time to check out I saw a few things like, not having tissues in the room and the tissue box as well as the coffee maker was filled with dust. 'We had a comedy of errors. Air didn’t work . They upgraded us to another room and then lock didn’t work and they had to move us to another room . Staff was so accommodating and made all of the aggravation most definitely worth it . We were never upset and they were so pleasant and accommodating and polite and apologetic . '
