'All was good. Exept for the lady who checked is in who would not even bother to say hi or just be nice. We used the sleeper sofa wich was nive and clean.'

'We had a comedy of errors. Air didn’t work . They upgraded us to another room and then lock didn’t work and they had to move us to another room . Staff was so accommodating and made all of the aggravation most definitely worth it . We were never upset and they were so pleasant and accommodating and polite and apologetic . '

The front desk attendant asked me if everything was ok, I said yes. But by the second night and time to check out I saw a few things like, not having tissues in the room and the tissue box as well as the coffee maker was filled with dust.
