'Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?'

'We enjoyed our stay in Lauterbrunnen. While the town itself was very busy the central location of Lauterbrunnen allowed us to quickly escape the hustle and bustle and explore the surrounding mountains. The home had everything we needed. For us as international travellers it would have been helpful to have some instructions on the laundry machines and oven, as the symbols were different. All in all a wonderful stay. '

'Perfect view great place close to many hikes. Having a morning coffee on the terrasse with the breath taking view of the alps is just the best moment you can have'

'Cannot give anything else other than 5 stars purely for the location. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds although the doubles were 2 camp beds pushed together. Nice cabin feel but could do with being updated. TV was too small but the view outside made up for this. WiFi was good with no dropping out at all. Bathrooms were dated but the water was hot and the showers were very powerful, Towels were not adequate for a weeks stay, one medium bath towel and one hand towel per person, we...

'We were a group of 9- multi- generational with ages 8 to 70. This home was very family- friendly with lots of spaces to spread out, and a large dining table for gathering for meals. It is a bit of a hike to get there, including 60 steps, but quiet and in a lovely setting with a great view of the Jungfrau from the balcony and back terrace. 'Klein maar comfortabel huisje. Rijkelijk voorzien van alles wat een vakantieganger nodig heeft. Het systeem mey sleutelkluisje werkt prima. Een persoon om de borg aan af te dragen hebben we niet gezien.'

'Het appartement is erg gedateerd, maar dat wisten we. Wel schoon en prima bedden. De woonkamer is erg ongezellig, we hebben meer in de slaapkamer gezeten. Het uitzicht uit de ramen is magnifiek! De keuken is heel klein en zeer basic. De douche is voor lange mensen niet handig. Wil je een centrale ligging, een niet al te duur verblijf en vind je de inrichting niet zo belangrijk dan is deze locatie een prima keuze.'

'Locatie is prima in een rustige wijk net buiten Interlaken-Ost met mooi uitzicht. Het is geen probleem als meubels en inrichting wat gedateerd zijn maar het moet niet kapot zijn en goed schoon. Dat was helaas niet het geval: verlichting die niet werkte, veel verlengsnoeren nodig, muffe lucht, planken in kasten ontbraken, huur linnen stonk, was kapot en niet schoon. Servies en bestek was ook niet schoon en wederom veel verlengsnoeren in keuken bij water (gevaarlijk). Jammer want past niet bij de...
