'The Hotel looked excellent - unfortunately we weren't able to stay there - why? Because the hotel was closed for refurbishment - and EXPEDIA failed to notify us prior to travelling - and also EXPEDIA refused to share our phone number with the hotel so they were unable to inform us in advance of our arrival - fortunately the hotel staff were able to assist us in gettinga ccomodation nearby. 'We had an enjoyable stay at Church Farm. It was a pleasant and clean property.The room was very good.The only disappointing aspect was the information on line said that Church Farm was set in 2.5 acres of garden and this was as not the case.'
