'Overall great time at an expansive property that is located walking distance to Mansion Beach, Andy's Way, Clayhead Trails, and the North Lighthouse. At the time we stayed here we had access to three buildings. Main house (historic Daniel Mott homestead) with a full kitchen, two full baths, outdoor shower, three bedrooms, and a pull out couch. The cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, bath, and the bunk house with two bunkbeds, a sink, and an outdoor shower. More then enough room for the 10 people...

'Cottage was adorable and just as advertised. Great location and steps to Baby Beach. The views were lovely. Host was super responsive and even accommodated us when the ferries were canceled due to TV r hurricane. A great little gem downtown! '

'Lokatie was prima. Hygiëne liet te wensen over, vieze vloer bij aankomst, die wel direct werd schoongemaakt. Overal mieren in 2 kamer appartement. Geen verduisterende/dichte gordijnen slaapkamers, alleen vitrage. Alleen airco in woonkamer die onvoldoende slaapkamers meepakt. Kwalitatief erg teleurstellend voor de toch forse prijs per nacht. '

'Enjoyed the shuffleboard and the fire pit. If we had another day we would enjoy Horseshoes and Cornhole. The staff is extremely nice. Place in clean in rooms and grounds. Fire pits have a started bucket and all that is needed. The flowers and color full Adirondack chairs really add to the comfortable atmosphere. We will certainly be back !!!! A must stay location a few miles away from the beaches. Great place!!!'

'We love The Break - the atmosphere, the throwback 60’s beach vibe, the colors, everything is very special and a great venue for our Anniversary. The rooftop deck bar was not operating but they allowed us to sit out there and enjoy a beverage of choice and relax by the ocean view. The only constructive feedback is the king bed in our room was a little rough. We will be back no doubt.'

'From the porch, the beach was blocked from view by the roadside sea grass (itself a pretty view) but the ocean beyond is spectacularly in view and it will lull you to sleep all night with the window open. A literal 150 step walk across the street and down through a short sand path opens up a whole beautiful sandy beach where I took long strolls back and forth for hours. '
