'The room was really clean however there was a lack of hot water for a shower at night and in the morning and bugs in the hot tub when we tried to use it at night other than that it was an excellent getaway nice warm fireplace nice shower and being downtown near restraints museums and the waterfront made everything within walking distance overall I would gladly go back again probably will in the near future'

'Never stay in this hotel. If you do you need to be very careful. Instead of enjoying you are contently worried about being charged. The charge me extra for dirtying the towel which could have been easily washed. House keeping had bad attitude. For just requesting a cleaning service, I was shouted at. They said I damaged one towel and charged me for replacement but did not handover the damaged towel. Management is very unresponsive. I filled a complain with Hilton and filling one with BBB. 'We stayed here from Friday to Monday while attending a nearby competition. Everything was walking distance (restaurants, park, grocery store, pharmacy, theatre). The host made sure we had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully stocked with snacks, breakfast items, coffee/tea and water. There was even a deck on the back that we could sit on and blankets to use if we got cold. The bedroom was very clean and cozy. There was a mini fridge fully stocked with water juice yogurt milk, etc.'

'This property has an excellent location directly on the St. Lawrence River. Our room had a partial river view, as did the breakfast room. There is also a boardwalk that can be used by all guests. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast included homemade muffins, as well as a range of hot and cold items. '
