'Good view, but cabin is uncomfortable, shabbier than pictured, and grimy. It is only superficially cleaned. The mattresses are thin and saggy. The couch is a broken down, lumpy horror. Many of the blinds are broken or missing. Some BR outlets don’t work. Only three washcloths in the house. There are no beach chairs, umbrellas, or toys in the shed as promised. The dining room fan was stuck on high, so my sister and I had to stand on chairs to unwind the fan cord from around the fixture and turn...

'We had a great time here - it's the perfect location for North Beach; we loved the community pools, tennis court, pickleball court at the home, the 3 kitchens. Lots of pros - enough space for 20 (11 of us were young children). It would be really tight for more than that. Good water pressure and enough hot water for showers. Air conditioning was great. Property manager very friendly and communicative. Plenty of parking for 6 cars. Didn't have time for theater room except that 2 older kids...

'Beautiful home in garden city - minutes from La Beaus shakes, shopping, grocery and Bear Lake. Large property with many rooms, large pool and large gym. Our family had a wonderful stay. '

'The interior was pleasant. The mattresses are soft. The exterior needs some work. A walkway to the entry would have been helpful with a rail up the cement steps for safety. The BBQ grill didn't have gas, but it was near a field of weeds and we didn't want to chance starting a fire, so we opted not to use it. There were no steps into the hot tub and no walkway to the tub which is situated on dirt with weeds and thistles surrounding it.'

'This was a perfect accommodation for four couples. It looked brand new, was super clean, and in a great location. Daci, the host, was always quick to respond, and provided all needed info in a timely manner. We didn't have time to use the game room or bikes, but it would be fun for families. Even has a small office if you have to work remotely. Great stay.'

'We had a good experience at this townhome. It was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The host was attentive and courteous.The only recommendation I have is that it is listed as a house but it’s a townhome. We typically filter out townhomes as we prefer more privacy, it can feel a bit misleading when you show up and it’s a town home. That being said, it is a very nice townhome! We have no complaints.'
