'The staff was friendly and property was clean but our room smelled like urine really bad. I possibly would stay in a smaller room in future but the big room with kitchenette was very smelly of strong urine. The staff were nice though.'

'We needed a room for the night due to storms in area and we were on bike visiting for bike week so we took what was convenient. The shower was hot, the bed was comfortable and clean, could have used another pillow but I was able to get an extra towel and a rag to wipe the seats off. Staff was very nice!'

'Lots of activities for the kids to do - pool, splash area, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball, fishing, etc. The staff was also very helpful. My only complaint were the beds weren’t very comfortable. But we would still stay there again!'

'The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay.'

'Nice basic room. I really have no complaints at all. Only found that the bed frame was weird but that would be knit picking. There was sheet metal for the front decorative covering and I kept hitting it with my foot.'

'It took about 20 minutes of waiting for a staff member to come check us in for our stay. We pressed the button on the phone and called the hotel and finally someone came to the desk. The hotel was understaffed for the night and the employee seemed overwhelmed. She was very nice and pleasant when checking us in. No problems with our room at all. Breakfast was also fine. When we went to check out we had to press the call button again because the employee was not at the front desk.'

'Weird self-check-in arrangement--no reception desk or staff, just an e-mail with a code to let yourself in & out and a phone number in case you need anything--very impersonal, but o.k. if you don't like dealing with people. Fresh, tidy, and trendy inside. Bedside reading lights and a chair to sit on would be nice (stools at the counter are too high for tying shoes), as would a light outside the door that doesn't attract bugs. Bed seemed short and sheets were crinkly and starchy. Adequate...

'the room was clean, tv worked but hdmi did not and while the staff did what he could helping to figure it out and even checked different rooms to see if the tv could connect to hdmi. it did not! which was disappointing but the effort was there and i can respect that.'
