'The hotel supposedly has a shuttle to pick up people from the airport. But once you arrive from Europe without phone credit or data, there is no way to reach the hotel to request the shuttle. The hotel was not very clean (not awful either). Breakfast was terrible: sugar wrapped in plastic. Area around the hotel not great.'

'They have no staff! You can’t get toilet paper or coffee from anyone! No one yo help with check in . Will never stay there again.'

'Het city motel heeft mooi opgeknapte kamers en vriendelijk personeel. We verbleven er twee nachten. De keycards waren ingesteld voor 1 nacht en toen we terugkwamen voor de tweede nacht was de kamer niet gedaan. Volgens de staf was er sprake van een misverstand. Voor het overige een goed motel op loopafstand van het centrum. Een aanrader is Doc's met heerlijke lunches'

'The night shift worker (LeeAnn?) was exceptional and went out of her way to accommodate guests. She fielded a number of issues from whiny guests and turned minor complaints into helpful solutions. She’s an outstanding employee.'

'The room was clean and check in instructions were clear. The location on the river was awesome. I think the furnishings need a little updating. First 2 nights were peaceful and quiet. Last night we had someone in room above us. Could hear them stomping around late and at 5am. I would recommend this place because of the proximity to river and trails.'

'Our stay was for only one night. I should have checked, in more detail, of what they did or did not offer. We were looking for " pet friendly " and this facility was definitely all of that. Livaway suites are geared for long term or multiple day stays. We are used to a coffee maker, and several toiletries in the bathroom. We had two plastic cups, a bar of soap, and a little bottle of shampoo. Considering we paid over $200 plus the $10 pet fee, it would have been nice to have a few extras. We...

'We really like this Hotel, but this recent stay was not our best. The room had a very musty/smoke smell. Staff was very kind a brought us some room spray, but the room still had an odor. We’ll definitely be back, but hopefully have a better room.'

'There was no hot water at all and the front desk staff were not only dismissive, but provided no resolution to our issues - no refund, points or credits. Additionally, they oversold and had to bump us to a different room, will never stay there again.'
