'It is a very nice looking hotel and very clean, but if you get placed in a room on the alleyway plan on being woken up extremely early by businesses, trash trucks and every other sort of noise that can go through there. It was our honeymoon and they refused to move us rooms either. Our AC went out twice. It was very disappointing given how highly rated the hotel was.'

'Since we stayed 8 days the breakfast was basically the same every morning. They only came in a couple times, did not put towels in, bed not fixed, no paper towels otherwise enjoyed the stay. Just felt there should have been a little more service for the price.'

'With no staff on site there was no way to get my questions answered. I tried the "contact us" feature, but never received a reply. The access code was tricky to operate and instructions on how to use it were incomplete. Additionally, there seems to have been something in the driveway that provides access to the parking lot from the side streeet (not Broadway) that punctured my tires - 2 differeent tires, on the 2 different times I drove out of that exit. Not having staff onsite probably...

'This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. My family just stayed one night and there were five of us. They brought an extra cot into the room so the five of us could fit. I had three teenagers. It was a little tight but for one night it was perfect. We used the pool and hot tub. Very clean. The toilet seats could be heated. Good water pressure in the shower. We would definitely stay there again.'

'Het city motel heeft mooi opgeknapte kamers en vriendelijk personeel. We verbleven er twee nachten. De keycards waren ingesteld voor 1 nacht en toen we terugkwamen voor de tweede nacht was de kamer niet gedaan. Volgens de staf was er sprake van een misverstand. Voor het overige een goed motel op loopafstand van het centrum. Een aanrader is Doc's met heerlijke lunches'

'The hotel supposedly has a shuttle to pick up people from the airport. But once you arrive from Europe without phone credit or data, there is no way to reach the hotel to request the shuttle. The hotel was not very clean (not awful either). Breakfast was terrible: sugar wrapped in plastic. Area around the hotel not great.'

'The facility is older and typical 80's Super 8 and kinda worn. On the positive side, the breakfast had a good selection of items for a continental type breakfast plus cheese omelets, breakfast burritos, and boiled eggs that you could microwave plus some large sweet rolls that were good.'
