'Room are tidy, small but we were at a show so no problem. There was adequate water pressure and wash facilities, ice machine. Breakfast is light, bagel, fruit cup or yogurt. Coffee, would like decaf though. Not sure what was going on with the water pipes as there was a high pitched squeal through that kept wife awake. Also whoever gets ice at the machine it always makes a lot of noise and it was EARLY. Perhaps locating the washing machines and ice machines to another room? Clerk was good,...

'Great hotel and restaurant. Only a couple things to note- no Microwave if you’re a person who needs that. No bathroom fan - or did not work, so bring spray lol and no creamer in coffee packs - but a fridge so you can get your own if you need it and creamers available downstairs. Basically there’s a solution to any issue. The staff and facilities are amazing. Have stated before and will stay again.'

'I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone.'

'Overall, I had a very relaxing stay at this hotel. The room was exactly how described and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. I really appreciated that they had pillow cases that told you if the pillow was soft or firm. 'We booked our room for space & price point as well as being very close to Rte. 78 by Allentown, PA. We were VERY happy when we checked in. Room was spacious & comfortable. Pillows were so fluffy. Husband got a great night's sleep with them. Staff gave us additional coffee pods for the Keurig in our room which did not require him to keep going down to the lobby for coffee as hubby drinks coffee 24/7. While pool is only 3 - 4 ft deep, it was useful for doing laps. I was only person using it on...

'A very new and good motel. Everyting was good but: Although the building was very new there were already things broken, the shower taps were loose from the wall and other things already started to deteriorate. I am afraid that in a year the maintenance will not be enough to keep customers satisfied.'
