'The property is old and needs revamping fast! The staff is above and beyond Melissa was the best so kind and helpful! I really hope they soon remodel this building as they promise good help is very hard to find! I hope they realize that and pay these people better for working so hard in a place that needs to be remodeled! The owners should really do something for the employees they made the stay worth it not this building!!'

'The personnel was very friendly from the moment I entered the hotel, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Clean bathroom, spacious shower. Breakfast good quality, enough choice, also of real fresh fruits. And positive : parking space in the parking garage next to the hotel included in the rate. Will for sure go back when in Reading next time. '

'The host ran down the driveway to welcome us and to help us park! He ran!! How unique is this? Both hosts helped us with our luggage. The home is a Victorian dream, with beautiful oak woodwork and sumptuous wallpaper. Amanda cooked full breakfasts for us, and had other extras available. Location is good for walking.'
