'We were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. Again, staff who worked the private room was great. I want to specifically complement a young lady named Andrea. '

'The property is lovely, and the couple running it are terrific. Nancy is all energy, information and zest, and her great husband is a kind soul is a pleasure to be around. We were going to stay in downtown Lancaster, thinking that it would give us a taste of Amish country. 'Wij logeerden voor het eerst in een B&B. Wat een geweldige ervaring. Prachtig huis, met smaak en oog voor detail ingericht. 'We had a good time staying at this B&B. Pam and Dallas were amazing hosts who made us feel right at home, and there were several highlights during our visit. 'Nice ambience, clean room with just the facilities I needed. Friendly proprietor, surprisingly nice and healthy breakfast with a perfect serving size. Quiet neighborhood where I was able to catch quality sleep every night. The included parking worked well and there was always an open spot during my stay.'

"We arrived less than an hour before the official check-in. With all our luggage. The room was not ready, ok. But we could not leave our luggage behind for the remaining 45 minutes. So everything back in the car… Breakfast offers enough options and is fine. Dinner and shopping options at the doorstep, very convinient. Clean room. We got a room facing Hwy 30, which turned out to be quote noisy. A large a/c or generator grille next to the window did the rest. Off course we could have asked for another room, but when you already have settled after a long day travel, not so fine. So all together, we think it is over-rated and overpriced. Not a bad hotel, but room for improvement. "
