'The host did not disclose they live there and refused to vacate the property during our scheduled rental time. They had pets that was also undisclosed which would have caused concern for allergic guests. The contract was changed after signing to add additional fees. It is against vrbo policy for the owner to live on the premises. Thankfully vrbo was helpful and offered a refund but our event was displaced with no where to go within one hour of its start time. '

'George was friendly and helpful. Pleasant place to stay while in the area. Room was clean, breakfast was very good...pancakes, sausage, fresh fruit, coffee and oj. He did ask about allergies and preferences. Plenty of parking.'

'The B&B was located in Lancaster and not Lititz like we thought but that was ok because we had already seen everything in Lititz. The owners were very nice. We enjoyed sitting and talking with them when we got there. Everything was so nice and the food was very good!'

'The house was well thought out and in a beautiful location. Unfortunately it was not well maintained, needed upgrades, and was dirty. There were stains on rugs in the bathroom that needed washing and when I searched for a plug under the bed it was so dusty I didn't want to reach under to plug my phone in. An extension chord would have been nice. There were some 'muffins' to eat downstairs but I took a bite and they were hard and tasteless. There was only one sugary coffee creamer, no half...
