'Great newer hotel in The Brandywine Valley! Stayed for a quick overnight getaway and loved the contactless checkin/out, the amenities, and the custom artwork on the walls of the room. Every room was designed by a different artist! Only ding is that the HVAC system as pretty loud, but it didn’t dim the stay. We’d return here in a heartbeat and definitely will recommend Artelo!'

'The personnel was very friendly from the moment I entered the hotel, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Clean bathroom, spacious shower. Breakfast good quality, enough choice, also of real fresh fruits. And positive : parking space in the parking garage next to the hotel included in the rate. Will for sure go back when in Reading next time. '

'The staff were very friendly. The bldg is brand new....so clean and tidy. Missed the garbage can liners...to me thats unsanitary...and the shampoo bottle in our bathroom was empty. Thankful my girlfriend had shampoo. Its in a perfect location and will recommend to friends. Just a few minor details need to be fixed. Nothing horrible! '

'I had an excellent stay. I was greeted warmly for check in. I then ate dinner at the restaurant which was good. The server was kind and attentive. The hotel/room is antiquated (in a good way), but very clean. The bathroom has a remodeled shower and toilet. It has character, unlike a sterile hotel room elsewhere. The bed was actually incredibly comfortable. Sheets were clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast is simple, but homey. And I appreciate that. Definitely seems like a hidden gem in...

'I rented two rooms, both were very nice with king size beds and large tvs. My parents room was for elderly/ handicapped, their bathroom door was broken, but they were ok by themselves. The breakfast was great, waffle maker, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, juices, toast, bagels and nice seating. I did not use the gym, but it was accessible. The service was efficient, no hassles. I paid with a card online, checked in at 3:30 pm, and the surrounding area had restaurants for food and shopping. '

'Room was clean staff very friendly helpful ..breakfast was really good.. only downfall the walls are very thin my little one kept asking whats going on next door and there was a deposit that wasnt mentioned on the site ..But I would recommend this place '
