'The property was not clean - needs a good deep clean as it was not good enough for a holiday rental. The basin in the bathroom was not draining - my husband pulled this apart and it was clogged with hair (yuck)! The double bed mattress was rock hard and had a sleepless night and sore hips. We went and bought a mattress topper the next day so we could sleep. There is not enough comfortable seating for 4 people (1 x 2seater lounge only). The TV is impossible to use. 'Very comfortable 4 bedroom house.The house was very clean.The accomodation was located very conveniently near the shops in oberon.We were visiting for Mayfield Gardens and the accomodation was only 15min drive to them.The accomodation had all we could need.'

'Such a beautiful place to stay. A great location and the house was lovely with everything you could ever need. The beds were like sleeping in fluffy clouds. The backyard was perfect for my dog; nice and secure. I loved sitting out the back with my coffee, listening to the birds and watching him explore the garden. Great communication from the host.
