After calling about the code to open the doors, service was really friendly and swift. I did not like the lack of a duvet on the bed. I found a throw in the closet, but that's not kingsize so I woke up cold. Lighting in the loft is terrible and fans and (neighbours) water piping noises are pretty loud.
