'The hotel was nice, but I do have some comments… my hotel room bathroom was very dirty in the shower - it seems like the cleaner only spot cleaned and were were many places where the shower was not cleaned well. The reason I didn’t say anything was because I was only staying one night and didn’t see a point, so I used my flip flops in the shower.
The hotel was nice, but I was very alarmed at the noisy elevator which often jumped and left me very concerned.'

'Some of THE nicest staff. The manager made recommendations for dinner that were some of the best meals (Jettie Raes) I've ever had. The pillows were heavenly, the breakfast plentiful and tasty, and the rooms were clean. The location for us was perfect, close to hiking, shopping, and restaurants. I definitely want to come back to Asheville and will stay here again.'
