'We really enjoyed our stay at this little house! We came from different areas to hang out, relax and catch up in person. Scott and Margie could not have been better hosts! They were so gracious about letting us borrow a crockpot when I realized I had forgotten mine. The best part was an evening by the fire pit down at the river. Magical.'

'We had a wonderful visit to Harpers Ferry and this property was the perfect place. We spent most of our days out hiking, but enjoyed coming back to the home to relax by the river. Conveniently located between Harpers Ferry and Charlestown made our dining out options very accessible. Our kids loved the pool table in the large rec room.'

'This historic home is full of historical architecture while containing modern updates. The convenient location to Harper’s Ferry and food establishments across the street could not be beat. Those who have an affection for trains will enjoy the day and night rumblings and horns of trains going through the historic downtown area.'

'We had a wonderful weekend at the Vineyard View Lodge. The layout of the home allowed everyone to be together and have some privacy when needed. The location was good and the cleanliness superb. I highly recommend this property.'

'The home is beautiful! The owners did an amazing job to make us feel welcomed and at home. They provided us we unexpected amenities like coffee creamer, bottle water and even a bottle of wine. We greatly appreciated the free Netflix especially since ti rained during part of our stay. The location is ideal for our weekend adventures.'

'Great location. The loose rocks in the entrance are a trip hazard. None of the upstairs doors shut so no privacy. But the kitchen amenities were great. Definitely not handicap accessible.'

'The house worked really well for my family as we celebrated my wife's birthday. My kids (9,7,5) loved exploring the house and the twin beds room. The house was warm even in the snowy weekend, and we enjoyed walking to town for the oyster restaurant, the escape room, and fireworks pizza. Vanish brewery is also really fun with music and an arcade for the kids and beer and more oysters for us! A great weekend, thank you!'

'A few of my friends and I stayed here for our Galentine’s Day celebration. We LOVED our stay - our only regret we had was not checking in earlier and maximizing our time at the house. 'Loved our stay at the cottage! We got take out from the brewery one night and cooked all other meals during our 3 night stay with another couple. Kitchen had everything we needed. Also enjoyed the grill, fire pit and comfortable beds and living area! Loved the proximity to great trails and enjoyed beautiful views and beer at the brewery. Hope to return!'
