'Have ran my credit card several times and still no answer to get a refund. Couldn’t check in due to hurricane and no power but still charged. I will never use a Best Western property again'

'The room was clean and the staff was warm and helpful'

'Great staff'

'Good'

'Kamer oude vieze vloerbedekking. Stoelen in ontbijtruimte vol vlekken'

'Great location and hotel, just know there is no dining anywhere on the property. But, plenty of choices just down the sidewalk at Baytown Wharf or the marina'

'The hotel was going through a remodel when Hurricane Isaias hit the area. Our room on the 1st floor began having water drip from the ceiling and the outside walls. They are soon going to have a severe mold and rot problem. They moved us to a smaller room but wouldn't refund the difference. Money 1st, customer last.'

'Location, cleanliness and nearby coffee shop and Mexican restaurant'

'N/a'

'The hotel was sooo nice! The staff was great and the breakfast was soo good! Sadly we only stayed one night due to being evacuated due to the hurricane but overall highly reccomend'
