'The location is stunning as it overlooks a lake. But it desperately needs: a concierge type person who has knowledge of local sites of interest: can deal wth any requests for transportation, and can generally help guests with luggage as they enter and leave the premises. Catering structure needs a review as there can be long delays being served especially for breakfast in the morning.
