Adembenemend uitzicht vanuit dit appartement aan het water dat is opgezet voor uw rust en ontspanning. Kom en geniet van dagen op het strand, op een boot, fietsen, kajakken, winkelen, rondvaren in een golfkar of gewoon ontspannen op een geweldig eiland vol schoonheid. Breng uw avonden door in de jachthaven of het centrum met een fantastisch diner en cocktails in een van de historische restaurants. Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers slaapt comfortabel zes volwassenen en wordt geleverd met alle voorzieningen voor een aangenaam en rustgevend verblijf. De woning ligt op een klein eiland en beschikt over een strand en zonneterras, zwembad, bubbelbad, tennisbanen, bootstroken te huur en lokale fiets, paddle board, kajak en golfkar verhuur. De woning is volledig uitgerust met strandstoelen, strandhanddoeken, parasols, strandspeelgoed voor kinderen, een boogiebord, een volledige set keukenpotten, pannen, bestek, kook- en mengkommen, borden, wijnglazen en grote ijsbalvormen voor de whisky drinkers. Slaapkamers en badkamers hebben alle benodigde voorzieningen, USB-stekkers en gratis wifi en kabel. Boeken, games en films zijn ook aanwezig voor een ontspannen avond met familie en vrienden.
Na vele jaren op reis te zijn geweest voor werk en gezegend te zijn in veel geweldige hotels en vakantielocaties, is dit appartement gemaakt met die gemakken in gedachten. Pluche handdoeken, 500-700 thread count sheets, ultrazachte plaids en dekens, extra kussens, gelschuimmatrassen ', rustgevende muurkleuren, sfeerverlichting, LED-kleuren aanpassen lantaarns op de patio, op afstand bedienbare ventilatoren, volledige set van hoogwaardige potten , pannen en bakvormen, volledige wasmachine / droger, koffiepot, theepot en Franse pers, kabel, dvd-speler, wifi en games.

Great condo in Boca Grande

My family spent 4 nights in the condo and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and comfortable for the four of us. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We eloved having our morning coffee on the back patio while watch the dolphins play!

Perfect Vacation

The property has been recently renovated. The property is comfortable and well stocked for all vacation needs. The property has a beautiful view of Gasparilla Sound. We sat on the back deck, drank coffee, and watched the dolphins in the sound. Maria was very helpful when we needed assistance and easy to communicate with. It was such a treat!

Boca Grande stay

We absolutely loved the area! The condo was well equipped. No elevators so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with problems climbing stairs. I thought it was beachfront but I think that was my inability to read the description properly! The beaches are less than 10 minutes away and absolutely fabulous so well worth the drive! The owner was very responsive and friendly and this condo while not on the beach is waterfront and offers beautiful views. Across the street we got to see amazing dolphin shows in the evenings.

Family Vacation

Definitely recommended for a perfect family getaway. This rental is at the entrance of the beautiful Gasparilla Island. Every visit is certainly a treasure with it’s authentic island feel and peaceful environment. Perfect Stay

We were very pleased with the condo. The communication with the owner was great and the check-in/out process was easy. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all the things you need while traveling. Very nice to have condiments and spices for use in the kitchen. The kids enjoyed the beach toys and the adults loved having beach chairs. Great views off the screened porch. Boca Grande North complex is so well maintained and the pool was perfect for the post beach afternoon swim.

My husband and I and 2 other adults (family) all stayed at Property ID 969979, a Waterfront Condo on Boca Grande.. Boca Grande is beautiful and the 2 Bedroom, 2 bath condo was lovely.. It had everything we could have needed, wanted & more. Our 2 week stay was perfect. We will definitely return. Maria, the owner was very easy to reach and always willing to accomodate our needs.

We had big smiles throughout our stay at Boca Beauty. The views were spectacular, the kitchen was fully equipped and the location was perfect for a quiet few days on the island. We enjoyed the heated pool every day. Our daily walks gave us ample opportunity to see dolphins, manatees and plenty of sea birds. We are already talking about going back.

The property is on the Boca Grande causeway. Views are amazing and travel around the island is super easy. Property owner, Maria, is amazing! She keeps in touch with you; makes sure everything is going well; answers questions, allows for early arrival, etc. Property itself is on the 2nd floor, so there are steps involved. Not a problem except for maybe getting the luggage up and down. The condo is very well-appointed. You hardly need to buy anything except for food. Beds are beyond comfortable and there is lots of space for 2-4 people. Overall, a wonderful option for those visiting Boca Grande.

Wonderful accommodations and host

The condo was easy to access, beautiful, and just perfect for us. The most wonderful thing was that Maria was available for any concerns or problems and was super helpful - a really fantastic host! The book inside also had a lot of great information and directions. The check out requirements were not difficult at all. There were plenty of beach toys (we all loved the boogie boards), towels, chairs, beach bags and, and an umbrella - super important! There was also some aloe, very thoughtful. Really, really great vacation!
