'We enjoyed our time in Conwy and at the Castle Apartment very much. The facility was clean and stocked with everything we required for our stay of three days. However, the thing we appreciated most about the listing in the end was its location. We were within a short walk of the Castle, the city walls, the waterfront quay, Plas Mawr, the Royal Cambrian Academy and a myriad of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. 'As I was using a crutch, getting in with luggage was difficult. Providing a ramp on half of the front steps would be a help. However, the lift inside was good and the bedroom accessible in spite of a step to the bathroom. The hotel manager was always around and extremely helpful. Does he ever go off duty!! My room card did not work on the front entrance when I came back after midnight. Luckily another person arrived and used their card. And my card still worked on my bedroom door - didn’t...

'Great welcome to the property and given advice on offers of where to eat. Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own.'

'Room was amazing, super king size bed, coffee,hot chocolate and tea available, but no milk, breakfast was superb, you get to choose when you arrive, staff where brilliant throughout our stay, so close to all the amenities, shops , restaurants and the pier, would recommend snooze to everyone, we will be back .'

'Excellent dog friendly hotel. Room had a massive king size bed and was to a high standard. Good coffee Maxine in the room and nice touches like.coins for the seaside slot machines. Dog bowl and dog rug. Toiletries were Elemis. Breakfast cooked and also cold buffet. Dogs even got cooked sausage. Bar area was good with draught beer. Excellent location near the pier. Definitely would stay there again if we were to revisit Llandudno. '
