'first the communication was very bad , i ask for blanket or extra sheet , they rejected because it was warm outside after al long conversation about it that they finally accepted to bring blanket , they told as every four days they send housekeeper to clean and replace the towel , bring tolilet paper, but they didnt . so at the end we were shocked.
