'The house was very clean and spacious. I loved the wood floors as I had a dog with me and this made it easy to clean up any accidents. I also liked that it was so close to the UGA campus. The beds were very comfortable and the walk in shower was a dream ! It was also equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Overall, this would be a great place for family and friends to enjoy a game weekend or campus for parents of a college student.'

'My wife and I stayed our 7 month old grandbaby. The house is very clean and well kept. It was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. It is located close to restaurants and stores. The owner Joshua was very responsive when we contacted him. We would certainly stay here again the next time we come to visit our daughter.'

'We enjoyed our stay here. The house was super clean and very "new" feeling. The door key pads were easy to use and the host communication was clear. Downtown is 6-10 minutes depending on traffic so it was close enough to make multiple trips on a couple of days. It is not very far from 441 but has minimal road noise, and the neighborhood was not very busy so was pretty quiet. We may be heading back to Athens in the future and will make this our first place to check for availability.'
