There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. 'Kinda hard to list this property as it’s not an apartment (but you can use the kitchen) and it’s not just a room as it’s the size of small flat with plenty of space and your own wc on your own level of the house so it’s private too. It’s large, well furnished and fantastic location with a small car park just opposite it’s a great place for a couple of night stay. '

'property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

'Very close to seafront and a stone throw away from the main hub of entertainment and food that is Albert Road and Elm Grove. Room was clean, private and very welcoming. Phillippa is a very gracious and attentive host and answered all queries and made the property feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend '

'Gorgeous cottage only metres away from the start of the Chichester canal, with a lovely coffee shop and restaurant a few minutes walk away. The cottage was tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. We loved the coastal theme throughout. The lovely courtyard garden was the perfect spot to enjoy a good book. Highly recommended.'
