Mijn verblijf was goed tot uitstekend. Alleen het ontbijt viel tegen,vanwege de eentonigheid. Voorts was de ervaring met het prijsverschil,tussen boeking en daadwerkelijke betalingsbedrag,niet prettig.

Muy bien el hotel, la atención del personal super bien, el personal de limpieza hace muy bien su trabajo. En general muy buena estadía. El único pero es que no tiene aire acondicionado, lo que le pareció extraño ya que al ser de franquicia tienen un estándar mínimo u este ha sido el único nh donde me he hospedado y que no tiene AC

I gave average to staff since restaurant stafff on 4th floor was often rude, not all of them but very noticeable specially with other latin guests. Reception and rooms staff were amazing, always checking on you when you go in/out property.

Do not recommend staying here. No AC and room was hot/stuffy. The mini fridge did not work and when we called we were told it was supposed to be at room temperature. What is the point of a mini fridge then? Problems with water pressure (sink water coming out milky/cloudy, toilet not flushing). We checked out 1 day early and were not provided a refund for that 1 day because the front desk stated we did not provide 48 hours notice, which was not true. We notified them on Friday that we planned to check out on the following Tuesday. Will not be coming back.

Great hotel. Modern, nice clean room, super friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. The hotel is a quick Uber away from all the best spots. There is not much in close walking distance and is a bit deserted at night. We stayed 6 nights and loved it 😊

This property is in an amazing location, close to a lot of dining and shopping options just minutes away. In addition, right next to public transport. The staff are really helpful and can converse in some English is a benefit, considering we are visitors to their country, it is appreciated if you need help or have a question. The rooms are very spacious and clean and have everything you may need. The breakfast that is offered has a wide assortment of food and drink choices, you cant go wrong! The blackout curtains are also a big plus. The only thing to be aware of is it isn't the quietest if your room faces the street as you can hear the traffic noise through the windows. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Overall, highly recommended, would stay again.

Bien ubicado, hotel sencillo
Es un hotel en buena ubicacion para visitar el centro de la ciudad. El restaurante solo pudimos probar un cappuccino, el cual estaba hecho con un cafe de mala calidad. La habitacion es comoda, la limpieza puede mejorar. Reservamos sin desayuno, hay opciones cerca para desayunar.
