En la habitación se escucha el ruido de los demás huéspedes y no tiene ventilación por lo que siempre se sintió húmeda y acalorada. La atención del personal muy buenos y atentos

The building inside is gorgeous with plant walls and 20 foot ceilings. But the weekend we were there we didn’t see a single other guest. The place right at the edge of what looks like a war zone. Taxi drivers don’t want to go there and you definitely don’t want to be on foot. The hotel is at kind of a dividing line so it’s not so bad on the other side. They were also missing odd things in the rooms like glasses in the bathrooms. The shower was not great as it took a long time to heat and had low pressure. But it is a respite from the noise and chaos outside to air in the lovely courtyard.

las camas son cómodas y todo muy limpio, la ubicación es muy buena para llegara lugares de interés como agencias de tours caminando, tienen cerrado por las noches pero te abren muy rápido al tocar. p Para mejorar considero que las toallas para secarse del baño son muy pequeñas y desgastadas, el hotel aún esta en remodelación así que los baños tenían focos fundidos que no pudieron poner por que estaba en reparación la instalación. Falló el intenet así que no pudimos tener WiFi durante nuestra estancia.

I requested an airport transfer service from the hotel & they notified me that the driver would contact me via WhatsApp. I arrived at the airport in Bogota but nobody had contacted me, so I sent a WA message to the hotel & they said they would get in touch with the driver. I waited for over 30 minutes & was frustrated because nobody showed up so I ended up taking a ride share service. Finally I got a message from the hotel driver but I was already on the way to the hotel. My advice is to just use a ride share service (it´s cheaper, too, about half the cost of the price quoted by the hotel) The hotel itself is pretty clean & the hotel staff were all very nice. There are no elevators. The mattress was too hard for me. Bring your own soap & shampoo because what they provide is not good at all. I stayed in room 15 & there was a gas- like odor coming from the room. The hotel staff reassured us that it wasn´t a gas leak. Breakfast is basic but fairly good. The hotel is in the area of La Candelaria, it´s walkable to the historical district.

Recomendaría que proporcionen toallas más nuevas y con mejor olor. Es una propiedad muy bonita y el personal fue muy atento y amable.

L’emplacement était correct puisqu’il était en centre-ville. Les frais de taxi par l’hôtel sont doublés et parfois triplés. Il est donc préférable de prendre un taxi par soi-même et ne pas passer par l’hôtel. Pas d’effet de toilette. Pas d’eau prévue alors qu’on est arrivé tard avec un soucie valise. Le personnel était différent à chaque fois. Le petit déjeuner était correct en fonction du personnel du jour. Bien que l’hôtel soit beau, l’ambiance est tristounette.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de los principales atractivos turísticos, sobre todo el Museo del Oro. Buena atención del personal y buen desayuno. Las instalaciones son convenientes, buen espacio en la habitación, el hotel es un poco más frío que el clima que se percibe en general en Bogotá, pero basta con abrigarse un poco más y la ropa de cama es suficiente para no enfriarse demasiado.

Lindo casarão histórico com péssimo atendimento
O hotel em si é lindo. Totalmente restaurado e bem conservado. O atendimento deixou a desejar, por conta da equipe do cafe da manha mau humorada e antipática. O cardapio do cafe da manha é pobre: as frutas vêm contadas no prato (meia banana picada e 3 pedacinhos de mamão.), meio copo de suco e a opcao de um misto quente (uma fatia de presunto e meia de queijo, num pao de forma), ou duas panquecas com uma colher (sim, ven contado tbm) de geleia, ou ovos mexidos. A localizacao nao é bonita e bem assustadora a noite, mas fica proxima aos museus e ao centro historico, da pra visitar tudo a pe, o que pra gente valeu a pena. Não tem onde comer a noite e se organize pra pegar um taxi numa viagen de meia hora até os restaurantes. As toalhas de banho são um pouco maiores que uma toalha de rosto, além de finas. Para um hotel que se chama de boutique não é o esperado.

La atención del personal muy bueno ,atentos serviciales ,muy limpio el hotel .Solo que en el baño nunca pusieron shampoo y no había ni te daban secador de pelo y a mi gusto faltaba un ventilador .

Lage optimal, Staff sehr freundlich, Frühstück war sehr gut. Leider kein Parkplatz, aber dafür empfiehlt das Hotel eine Parkgarage ganz nah am Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sie haben auch sehr gute Betten. ✌️👍

Place was charming. affordable, clean, quiet. Not to mention in great proximity to the La Candelaria neighborhood as well as all the best vegan restaurants in the city. Defintely would book again.

Linda casa colonial e muito carinho
O hotel numa linda antiga casa colonial toda restaurada fica perto de tudo (comério e pontos turísticos) na região da Candelária. Dá para fazer tudo caminhando. O pessoal do hotel, toda a staf é super acolhedora, e prontos a ajudar em tudo que os hóspedes necessitam. Esse tudo vai um pouco além do q se faria na maioria dos hotéis (durante minha esdia um hóspede australiano não passou bem e como ele não entendia nem falava nada de espanhol uma das funcionárias do hotel o acompanhou ao médico. Ó custo/benefício também é ótimo.

Beautiful traditional property with a beautiful bathroom. It is very close to the main square just a couple of blocks away but this beautiful hotel is on a shabby street. I would still recommend as it is very beautiful and friendly.

the old colonial style of the hotel is one of it's best features. If you take the time to speak to staff, they are really friendly and incredibly helpful. have google translate if you do not speak Spanish though.

Lovely hotel, but unsafe area
The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff are great. However, we didn’t realise that it is in quite an unsafe area that we were told you shouldn’t go out at night. Meant we had to have an early dinner and be back in the hotel before sunset… does spoil it a little. But the hotel is well positioned for during the day.

Despite a small mistake in our reservation that was only fixed the next day, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying at the heart of downtown Bogotá and all its amenities.

While the staff was pleasant and the room was clean, there were some issues I had. There is little consistency between the rooms. It’s a toss up as to the size/equipment you have available. The spa and bar/restaurant are there but have long stopped being used. The spa now holds housekeeping supplies and the bar is always closed off. If you stay, invest in ear plugs. The building is beautiful inside but all that would and the open area allows sound to reverberate and the walls do nothing to dampen it. I was up with the lobby and cleaning staff every morning due to the noise they would make.

The hotel is in a great location to see the major tourist sites. You can walk everywhere without the need of a taxi. The staff was great especially Erica who was super helpful. The breakfast was great. The only negative was that since the property is a historic home it did not have central heating systems and at night it got cold.
