'Wonderful, quiet location in a charming neighborhood. 30 minutes by tram to the Altstadt. Short walk to a lovely beer garden and ferry to the Pillnitzer Castle. We also loved cycling along the Elbe. For some reason, the access code was sent through Expedia instead of Hotels.com, so you might need to call the hostess before arrival to meet you. She was very gracious and the breakfast was a delight. A wonderful place to experience Dresden in a peaceful, clean, and comfortable environment!'

'The penzion is in an old building with wooden floors and low beams and is tastefully furnished with antique furniture and fittings. However underneath this everything functions well (think modern shower, cooking facilities, etc). It is comfortable and quiet and there is a nice balcony to sit out on and eat, read, etc. We didn't have the breakfast on offer so can't comment on that. The owner was friendly and helpful.
