'Miss Sophie is a cute little boutique hotel located on top of her coffee shop. We had breakfast at the coffee shop while we were waiting for our room to be ready. Then we climbed two flights of not so wonderful steps. But when we got to our room, we were really happy! They have managed to keep the history of the place and still make it modern. It’s in a great location, walkable to the tram and the two major squares.'

'Great location, room was new and in fantastic condition. Staff was extremely friendly. The check in instructions were a little unclear, but everything was fantastic after that.'

'I had a terrible time trying to book my train ticket to Prague, because the Regiojet website was not working. The young woman on the front desk--I wish I had gotten her name--absolutely bent over backwards to help me, and in fact I was able to book the ticket with her help. '

'Hotel met beperkte openingstijden, en ontbijt is op de kamer te eten. Vers brood hangen ze om 7 uur aan je deur, de rest zit in de frigo. Grote kamer, maar wel erg veel lawaai van de straat en van andere hotelgasten.'

'El checkin en la web de hoteles pone que es a las 14h, y cuando llegamos a las 14h al hotel, no solo el checkin resultaba ser a las 15h, sino que al ser autocheckin debían enviarte un código para abrir la puerta (habiéndose puesto en contacto contigo previamente), y eso no ocurrió. Nosotros llegamos y NADIE se puso en contacto con nosotros, tuvimos que ser nosotros quienes lo hicieran con llamadas a hoteles y a la dueña del hotel. Al final pudimos entrar, y aunque la habitación se ve que está...
